Leverage our search services to find missing participants
When it comes to finding missing participants, working with a trusted provider of retirement services is key. With over 20 years of experience and thousands of clients, we can often find up-to-date and accurate contact information for missing participants, supporting you in cleaning up your plan data in a matter of days.
How does missing participant search services work?
Missing plan participants are often part of having a company sponsored retirement plan such as an IRA, 401(k), profit sharing, pension plan, etc. and they can pose fiduciary risks for a company. When former employees leave account balances behind, plan administrators are left with outdated contact information and often times, employees may lose track of their hard-earned savings.
Luckily, with search services, some of that work can be offloaded and automated so you can free up your time to focus on current employees. We can help you find updated contact information for your missing participants to reconnect them with their money, which may help them plan for the future, no matter the size of your plan.
With our Retirement Services Platform, you can access our search services digitally. After securely uploading a missing participant’s’ file, you’re given search options and updates every step of the way. The entire process is streamlined in one spot, from the comprehensive search to payment.
