Student Debt Contribution
We offer eligible team members a company funded contribution applied to a qualified higher education student loan. This benefit helps team members pay off their student loans faster and save money.
Medical, Dental and Vision
Medical is provided by Aetna. Team members can choose one of 3 plans: PPO, HSA2500 or HSA3500.
Medical, dental (provided by Aetna), and vision (provided by EyeMed Vision Care) is available to eligible team members, effective the 1st of the month following the first day of employment.
401k Retirement Plan
Millennium Trust provides a generous match to the funds contributed by the team member. Team members are 100% vested after 3 years of service.
Paid Time Off (PTO), Volunteer and Holidays
We have a generous PTO policy that provides ample time for work life balance. The time can be used for illness, vacation, or other personal interests at your discretion.
In step with our value of Do Right, Millennium Trust also provides eligible team members with time off to volunteer in a company sponsored event during work hours or to volunteer at an organization of their choice.
In addition to PTO, we provide paid holidays and observe the same holiday schedule as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The holiday schedule may vary but includes 10 holidays.
Paid Parental Leave
We provide time off to eligible team members following the birth of a team member’s child or the placement of a child with a team member in connection with an adoption or foster care.
Life Insurance
Provided by Sun Life for eligible team members, effective the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment and at no cost to the team member. Extra coverage of Voluntary Life Insurance is also available for purchase.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
Provided by Sun Life for eligible team members, effective the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment and at no cost to the team member.
Accident Insurance
Provided by Sun Life, Accident Insurance can be used to help cover related expenses like lost income, childcare, deductibles, and co-pays.
Flexible Spending Accounts
We provide our own FSAs through PayFlex for eligible team members, effective the 1st of the month following the first day of employment.

Millennium Trust University (MTU) and our Learning Management System (LMS) were created as part of our continuous investment in our people. MTU provides our employees with professional enrichment workshops developed with our employees' interests in mind. The LMS is a self-paced online program that allows employees to expand both their soft and technical skills.
We recently partnered with LinkedIn Learning to expand our online learning opportunities to include a wide range of topics from business to technology to design. With an additional 6,000+ courses now available in our LMS, individuals can further their personal development, while uncovering and pursuing new interests.
