Our Values
We embody our values in every interaction with our people and our clients because they matter. When we live our values every day, we are:
People Centric
Our people are our most important asset. We develop and invest in our talent alongside our shared vision. We cultivate a welcoming environment where people feel valued, respected and supported.
Client Obsessed
We prioritize our clients in everything we do. We understand and anticipate client needs, and we seek to exceed expectations to deliver an exceptional experience.
Forward Thinking
We push beyond the status quo with curiosity and an eagerness to learn and adapt. We seek out different perspectives, listen, and consider the impact our decisions have on others.
Results Driven
We set clear and ambitious goals and make conscious decisions. We are accountable and stay true to our commitments by doing what we say we are going to do.
Committed to Integrity
We uphold the highest ethical standards in all our interactions. We speak up, we are honest, and we make difficult decisions.
A Place Where You Belong
The power of our people and the value of our differences makes us stronger. Fostering an environment of dignity, respect, understanding and fairness where all our employees can bring their authentic selves to work is not only the right thing to do, but it also enables our business to grow.
Here are just a few of the things we do to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture:
Early Career Development

Paid internships and dedicated early in career programs help those new to the workforce strengthen their skills to set them up for long-term success and help Millennium Trust grow our diverse talent pipeline.
Employee Resource Groups
All employees are encouraged and empowered to get involved with voluntary, team member-led organizations - like our Women’s Professional Network (career development and networking opportunities for all) and Inclusion & Belonging Council (educating and celebrating employees and our company culture) - to foster inclusion and engagement.
Community Involvement

Employees have eight hours of paid volunteer time off each year to help organizations they are passionate about, wherever they live. Our employee resource group MTCares also supports employee-driven fundraising and volunteer efforts throughout the year.
Remote Work Flexibility
With team members in 42 states (and counting!), the vast majority of our workforce is fully remote or have a hybrid option to work from our offices in Oak Brook, IL and Omaha, NE. This gives our employees more flexibility while giving Millennium Trust access to an even broader and more diverse talent pool.
Work Programs
We are a Cristo Rey Jesuit High School’s corporate work study program partner, employing high school students from Spanish-speaking families on Chicago’s Southwest Side, helping to educate them about financial literacy and participating in professional development days. We also partner with the Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Fellowship program to provide professional skills training while directly connecting with their resume database to find potential matches for our open roles.
Ongoing Education
Building and growing an inclusive workplace isn’t one-and-done. Our extensive learning and development programs provide team members and people leaders access to tools and training to help them cultivate a workplace where everyone is empowered and can be their best selves. In addition to tons of content, we provide on-the-job opportunities to stretch your skills beyond the traditional classroom – from facilitation and scenario creation to discussion leaders and focus groups – no matter your title, level or department.
