Student Debt Contribution

We offer eligible employees a company funded contribution applied to a qualified higher education student loan. This benefit helps employees pay off their student loans faster and save money.

Medical, Dental and Vision

Medical is provided by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois. Employees can choose one of 3 plans: HMO, PPO or HSA.

Medical, dental (provided by Principal Financial) and vision (provided by EyeMed Vision Care) is available to all full-time employees, effective the 1st of the month following the first 30 days of employment.

Life Insurance

Provided by Principal Financial for all active full-time employees, effective the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment and at no cost to the employee.

401k Retirement Plan

Millennium Trust matches 50% of the first 6% contributed by the employee. Employees are 100% vested after 3 years of service.

Paid Time Off and Holidays

All active full-time employees receive a minimum of 15 days. PTO is used for vacation, illness, and other personal interests.

Employees are also eligible for additional time off (up to five days) for each year of service after five complete years of service. In addition to PTO, we provide paid holidays and observe the same holiday schedule as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The holiday schedule may vary but includes 9 days.

MTU provides our employees with professional enrichment workshops developed with our employees' interests in mind. The workshops take place in an interactive setting and are taught by experts in a variety of subject matters.
