Earlier this year, Millennium Trust celebrated its recognition on the Best Places to Work in Illinois list. When managers received the employee survey feedback, both positive and negative, one team turned to its employees to implement new ideas.

Millennium Trust values its employees and clients. Our new Learning Management System was launched to benefit both with a continuing education training program that aligns with our firm’s people development strategy.
