This morning I had the good fortune to attend the Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce’s (OBCOC) Annual Meeting and Awards Breakfast, where Millennium Trust was awarded the chamber’s 2018 Champion for Young Professionals Award. The award is focused on organizations who model leadership and achievements in attracting, retaining and developing talented young professionals. Fostering a culture that supports the development of all professionals, including millennials, is critical to the success of our company.

Why was Millennium Trust recognized for this award? Approximately 45% of Millennium Trust’s more than 300 employees are millennials, and the company has worked hard to build a culture that enriches their careers.
