In order to update the beneficiary information you have listed for your account, you will need to complete our Beneficiary Designation form. Review your designations periodically and revise them to reflect changing circumstances, major life changes or updated goals.

A beneficiary can be any person or entity you, as the owner, choose to receive the benefits of a retirement account or an IRA after you die. Beneficiaries of a retirement account or traditional IRA must include in their gross income any taxable distributions they receive.

In order to convert your Traditional IRA at Millennium to a Roth IRA, you would need to complete our Roth Conversion form. If you change your mind about your Roth IRA conversion, you have until the tax return due date, plus extension to undo the conversion. This is called a Recharacterization.
