Millennium Trust University (MTU) and our Learning Management System (LMS) were created as part of our continuous investment in our people. MTU provides our employees with professional enrichment workshops developed with our employees' interests in mind. The LMS is a self-paced online program that allows employees to expand both their soft and technical skills.
We recently partnered with LinkedIn Learning to expand our online learning opportunities to include a wide range of topics from business to technology to design. With an additional 6,000+ courses now available in our LMS, individuals can further their personal development, while uncovering and pursuing new interests.
