Danita Spears
Vice President, Manager of Client Services for Alternative Investments |
As Manager of Client Services for Alternative Investments, Ms. Spears is responsible for fostering and maintaining positive relationships with investors, advisors and investment sponsors, as well as overseeing the client driven activities of Millennium’s alternative investments in Self Directed IRAs/Solo 401(k)s. Ms. Spears management responsibilities include setting and monitoring standards, developing policies and procedures, streamlining client processing and allocating resources to meet the growth of the business. Her additional responsibilities include working with the Alternative Investments Sales Group on prospective intermediary clients and new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Millennium, Ms. Spears served as Vice President and Manager in the Alternative Assets Department at The Northern Trust Company where her responsibilities included management of business analysts supporting asset administration, trading, income distribution, and share reconciliation of non-proprietary and alternative assets. Prior to Northern Trust, Ms. Spears served as an Accounting Division Manager at Jackson National Financial Services and Mutual Fund Accounting Manager at Stein Roe & Farnham, Inc. Ms. Spears has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Psychology and a certificate in Accounting from Northwestern University. |
