Karla Mansfield

As Vice President and Controller, Ms. Mansfield is responsible for firm's finance, human resources and facilities management.
Before joining Millennium, Ms. Mansfield held senior finance positions in several financial service companies, including Vice President of Finance for Trustmark Insurance Companies and Vice President and CFO of Delta Dental Plan of Illinois. In these capacities, Ms. Mansfield implemented new systems and models to streamline procedures and improve productivity.
Her technical skills include accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury, strategic planning, benefit plan administration, operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Mansfield is a licensed CPA® and earned a Masters in Management from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Illinois University. She is a member of the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, the Chicago Finance Exchange and Financial Executives International. |
