As Manager of Investment Advisor Client Services, Ms. Cheeks is responsible for providing the optimal level of client service to investment advisors and their clients. Ms. Cheeks oversees the daily operation of the IACS group, including mutual fund trading activity, tax reporting, monthly and quarterly client statements, IRA and custody account distribution requests. Ms. Cheeks has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry.
Ms. Cheeks served as Trust Officer and Manager at The Northern Trust Company prior to joining Millennium Trust. Her responsibilities included management of securities operations staff, business process improvement efforts, account audits and client services. Ms. Cheeks has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from DePaul University.
