As Assistant Vice President and Supervisor of the Automatic Rollover client service department, Ms. Herbert oversees the administration and servicing of approximately 20,000 client accounts. In her capacity, Ms. Herbert’s responsibilities include managing the Automatic Rollover client service team; ensuring account holders receive high-quality service and support. Ms. Herbert brings over 10 years of financial services experience to this position. She is an expert in the IRS regulations that govern IRAs and has been instrumental in the client service development of both Automatic Rollovers and Health Savings Accounts. Ms. Herbert also has skills in personal trust administration and the administration of securities in self-directed IRAs
