Key Features and Benefits

Millennium Trust offers a variety of investment custody, trading platform support and personal trust administration services to Registered Investment Advisors, private banks, hedge funds, commodity pools and other financial organizations. Our professional staff creates the tailor-made and complete institutional back office that enables advisors and investment managers to focus their time and resources on improving the performance of their clients’ portfolios, developing and growing new client assets, and, ultimately, managing the successful development of their own businesses.

Institutional-Only Support: Millennium does not manage assets and does not compete for client assets. We also do not offer investment, legal or tax advice. Instead, we focus on support. We serve investment advisors and managers in a non-competitive environment that helps improve investment performance and significantly reduce costs for the asset manager and their clients.

RIA Support for Personal Trust Accounts: Millennium Trust also provides a wide range of custody and accounting support services, as well as several types of personal trust administration. We offer these services without managing the underlying assets of the client. By acting as the custodial and statementing platform, we allow the investment advisor complete latitude in managing the trust client’s portfolio within the guidelines established by the trust account documentation and the trustee’s investment policy statement.

Trading Platform Options: Investment management firms requiring robust institutional trading capabilities, ranging from mutual funds to equity baskets and execution, find totally integrated support from Millennium Trust. We provide trading execution and the delivery of client account data to the advisor’s internal performance analysis systems. Each firm’s needs are addressed individually, and supported by an array of custody, trading and statementing capabilities.

Omnibus Trading and Client Account Allocation: Our fully automated account allocation system allows the detailed management of individual client account assets and permits the execution of investment transactions at an omnibus account or “virtual master account” - level. This flexibility saves time and expense associated with individual account trading. Our system is Web-based, with client account data fully encrypted and secure, meeting national and state regulatory requirements. Retirement (qualified) and taxable (non-qualified) client accounts can be consolidated in client master statements and delivered electronically to the individual and the advisory firm.
