Privacy Policy

It is the policy of Millennium Trust Company, LLC not to disclose, either directly or indirectly, any personal information about any of its clients to any third party without the prior written consent of the client, with the exceptions noted herein.  Millennium Trust is committed to safeguarding the privacy of information we maintain about you.  This privacy policy was established to represent that commitment and applies to all of our clients and former clients.
This policy is intended to:
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of client records and information;
  • Protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of client records; and
  • Protect against unauthorized access to or the use of client records or information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any client.
How We Obtain Personal Client Information
We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
  • Information about your transactions with us or others; or
  • Information we receive from others whom you authorize us to contact in reviewing your applications/transactions with us.
Information collected by Millennium Trust includes but is not limited to identifying information, such as, social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, account numbers, names, and addresses. We also collect account activity information, such as, deposit and transaction histories and information about your investment histories gathered from your transactions and experiences with Millennium Trust and transactions done in your account with third parties.
As required by the USA PATRIOT Act, we collect information, including copies of your driver’s license or state identification, and take actions necessary to verify your identification.

How We Use Your Personal Information
We disclose your personal information only for our legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We will disclose client information to vendors and others providing specific services to us in the normal course of transacting client’s business, but only to the extent necessary to carry out that business. Where considered necessary, we will require the third party to execute a non-disclosure agreement or agree to follow our Privacy Policy to protect the client information that they do receive from us.

Further, Millennium Trust restricts employee access to client information to only those with a business reason to know such information. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect your information.

We may share personal information about you with companies or organizations outside of Millennium Trust as required or permitted by law. The Custodian does not reveal specific information about your account or other personally identifiable data to outside parties for their independent use unless: 1) the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by the you; 2) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; 3) the information goes to, agents, vendors, and service suppliers in connection with the services they supply to the account; 4) you request or authorize disclosure; and 5) the disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted or required. The Custodian does not provide account or personal information to outside companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.

For example, we may share personal information to protect against fraud, respond to a subpoena, or service your account. Therefore, nothing in this policy shall be construed to prohibit Millennium Trust from complying with any order of court and any local, state, and federal law or regulation requiring disclosure of client information.

We will attempt to keep client files complete, up to date, and accurate to ensure the integrity of the information we maintain about you. If you identify an inaccuracy in this information, or need to make a change to it, please contact client services.
