Responsibilities
Account Administrator is responsible for all interactions with clients, brokers, and FCMs. Daily activities will include but not be limited to: researching client inquiries, processing investment directions, account transfers, filing, data entry, and managing business relationships.
Qualifications
Qualified candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry specifically in investments and client services. Strong client service skills and computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Familiarity with IRA administration or Metavante Trust Accounting System a plus, not required.
Candidate must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Candidate must be very client friendly, timely in response to clients, team oriented, and able to multi-task. Candidate must be able to organize, plan and prioritize effectively in order to thrive in fast-paced, client-oriented environment. Recent grads with Accounting or Finance degrees will also be considered.
