Karla Mansfield
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Mansfield is responsible for the firm's finance, human resources and facilities management.
Before joining Millennium, Ms. Mansfield held senior finance positions in several financial service companies, including Vice President of Finance for Trustmark Insurance Companies and Vice President and CFO of Delta Dental Plan of Illinois. In these capacities, Ms. Mansfield implemented new systems and models to streamline procedures and improve productivity.
Her business skills include accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury, strategic planning, benefit plan administration, operations and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Mansfield is a licensed CPA® and earned a Masters in Management from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Illinois University. She is a member of the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, the Chicago Finance Exchange and Financial Executives International.
