Setting Up online Access
To view your Rollover IRA account online, you can enroll by following the 3 steps listed below.
1. Select the Level of Access You Want
- Basic – View account information including portfolio summary, holdings, transactions history
- E-statements – Access your statement online and avoid the $10 charge for hard copy statements
- Trading – Buy/sell equities and mutual funds through this self-directed trading tool
2. Submit Your Request
- Existing clients - you have two options:
- Complete and send in the Web Access Request Form (required for trading access)
- Submit your request online (not available for trading access).
- New Clients
- Complete the section titled “Account Access and Statement Preference” in the adoption agreement you received in your Welcome Kit.
- Requests will be completed within 3 business days of receipt or upon completion of your account opening.
Note: A valid, unique e-mail address is required for all users. If you share an e-mail address with another account holder, you will need to provide separate email addresses for each user access requested.
3. Complete the Enrollment Process
- You will receive an email from clientnotice@mtrustcompany.com with specific instructions on completing the enrollment process.
- In the process, you will be asked to verify your identity and set up your new password and profile within Millennium Trust Online.
