The retirement account at your former employer has been automatically rolled over into a self directed Individual Retirement Account (IRA) at Millennium Trust on your behalf. This means that your 401(k) or other qualified retirement account is no longer open and all the funds have been transferred to the new IRA with Millennium Trust. What do you need to do?

You should have received a Welcome Kit that contains a pre-populated adoption agreement. To make sure we have the most recent account information on file, you should review, complete the missing information, sign and mail back the form.

The IRA is in your name and will help preserve tax-deferred retirement savings for you. Your new self-directed IRA account has many benefits, including:

Can I keep my account with Millennium Trust?
